How to Clear
ng.ps1 cannot be loaded because running scripts is disabled on this system. For more information, see about_Execution_Policies at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=135170.
Go to your Start => search window PowerShell and open run as administration
Open Your power shell and type the command
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
Type Y for Yes (or) A for Yes to All.
Then Go to Edit system environment variable “%AppData%\npm“
Click on Path => add the new environment path
Click on “Ok”. Restart the visual studio. Now run “ng serve”.
Then Go to your Visual Studio Code and try your angular command now.
